Welcome to Wonderness Studio. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. As many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, slight variations in colour, grain, texture and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Handmade & Laser-Cut Products
Many Wonderness Studio products are designed, prepared and laser-cut in our workshop. Minor variations between individual pieces may occur as part of the production process.
Wooden pieces may occasionally show slight variations in edges, grain or laser-cut markings. These characteristics are normal for laser-cut wooden products.
Product Sizes
Product dimensions shown on our website are approximate unless otherwise stated. Small variations may occur during production.
Where multiple sizes or pack quantities are available, customers are responsible for selecting the correct option before completing their order.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraudulent activity or other exceptional circumstances. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the destinations currently supported by Wonderness Studio.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

International Orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Where customs duties or import charges apply to an international order, these costs will be covered by Wonderness Studio. Customers will not be required to pay these charges as part of the delivery of their order.
International shipments may still be subject to customs procedures and inspections in the destination country. These processes are outside our direct control and may occasionally affect delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged items and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Custom & Personalised Products
Products personalised, customised or produced specifically according to a customer's requirements may have different cancellation and return conditions.
Please ensure that all information supplied for personalised or custom orders is correct before placing your order.
Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any product-specific instructions or age recommendations provided on the product page or packaging.
Some craft products may contain small parts or components and may not be suitable for young children without appropriate adult supervision.
Craft blanks, decorative shapes and similar products are not toys unless they are specifically described and sold as toys.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, photographs, graphics, branding and other content displayed on the Wonderness Studio website remain the property of Wonderness Studio or their respective rights holders where applicable.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without appropriate permission.

We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.
