What materials do you use?
Our wooden craft products are made from carefully selected plywood. The exact material and thickness may vary depending on the product and will be stated in the product description where relevant.
Are the wooden products supplied unfinished?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, our wooden craft shapes, frames and craft blanks are supplied unfinished and ready for you to decorate. They can be painted, stained, personalised or used for decoupage and other creative projects.
Will every wooden piece look exactly the same?
Natural wood varies in colour, grain and texture, so no two pieces will be completely identical. Minor variations and light laser-cut markings are a normal part of laser-cut wooden products and make each piece unique.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Many of our wooden craft shapes are available in several sizes, from small embellishments to larger statement pieces. Please check the individual product page for the available options.
Can I order multiple pieces or larger packs?
Yes. Many products are available in different pack quantities. The available options are shown on each product page.
If you require a larger quantity than listed, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Do you accept custom or personalised orders?
We may be able to create custom sizes, quantities or designs depending on the project. Please contact us with details of what you are looking for and we will let you know what is possible.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Larger, custom or made-to-order purchases may require additional preparation time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, as well as throughout the United Kingdom.

No. Where customs duties or import charges apply to your order, Wonderness Studio will cover these costs. You will not be asked to pay customs duties charged as part of the delivery of your order.
Please note that customs procedures may occasionally affect international delivery times.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Are your wooden craft shapes toys?
Our wooden craft blanks, decorative shapes and similar crafting products are not toys unless specifically described and sold as toys.
Please always check the individual product description. Products containing small parts should be kept away from young children unless appropriate adult supervision is provided.
Can I use your wooden shapes for decoupage?
Absolutely. Many of our wooden products are ideal for decoupage, painting, staining, embellishing and other DIY craft techniques.
Can I sell something I make using your wooden blanks?
Yes. You may use wooden blanks purchased from Wonderness Studio to create your own finished handmade products for personal use or resale.
However, Wonderness Studio's original product designs, photographs, branding and website content may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without permission.
