We want you to be happy with your order from Wonderness Studio. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Items that have been personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because some of our products are prepared or cut specifically for each order, we may not be able to cancel an order once production has started or the order has been dispatched.
International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Any customs duties or import charges applicable to the original delivery of your order are covered by Wonderness Studio.
However, if you choose to return an international order, you are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, handling fees or other costs that may arise in connection with the return shipment. Wonderness Studio will not be responsible for customs or import charges incurred when a customer returns an order.
